When you choose to implement an order linked directly to your Internet, where you can log in as you normally. You agree that the purchase, and money is deducted directly from your account at the time you approve the transaction.

Complaints / faulty goods
We practice 14 days right after the delivery date (the date when the customer came into possession of the goods), customers are allowed to open and inspect the goods but not mount / use consumables (toner cartridges, drum cartridges, ink cartridges) The simple requirement we put on an authorized return is a return code which may at email@example.com and that the goods are returned in their original packaging.
Cancellation / Returns
We handle complaints / faulty goods as follows: After contact with us (phone, e-mail, fax), we will send immediately a new product so that the truce will be as short as possible for the customer. Ordering product means that we are not applying any right of return when we do not stock this product. Could mean a long delivery time.
Orders placed before 16.00 are normally sent the same day. The customer has the right to cancel the purchase if we can not deliver as promised. If the customer who paid in advance want to lift their purchases because we can not deliver in time, we pay back the client's money away, but at all events within 20 days. We follow ARN's ruling in the dispute.
Some suppliers have exchange programs for certain items, where appropriate, the client must send the replacement within a certain time to avoid after billing. Are you uncertain about which articles it is, just contact us.
